Internal Recruiter (Home Based)
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Recruiter to be part of the exciting new journey for City Plumbing Supplies. Standing alone in the future will allow us to focus on our strategy of nurturing and developing what already makes us great, enhancing our existing collaborative and winning culture where customers love to shop and where our people love to work while accelerating growth.
As a Recruiter in our Resourcing team you will deliver top class talent across the Head Office and Operations function. You will be a subject matter expert in industry trends, competitor insight and market intelligence to help influence our wider business strategy and initiatives and to make it easier for customers to do business with us
On a day to day basis you will:
Manage the end to end recruitment process
Share your understanding of the Plumbing and Heating division and the Businesses’ culture, employer brand and unique qualities with candidates
Ensure an accurate, relevant and realistic brief is taken from the hiring team and that there is a clear plan to retain their engagement to the point of induction
Engage our manager networks and encourage development via social media
Share successes, market/competitor insight and any fluctuations in demand with the wider resourcing team and HR Business Partners
Business partnering with Managers and HRBPs, to forward plan , pipeline and complete talent mapping for roles
Assist the Recruitment Lead with monthly reporting and providing information on any blockers, successful practise, insight and spikes
Keep up to date with industry trends, market place struggles and new tools that can be used to support project
What we are looking for...
A genuine passion for resourcing
Proven ability to develop successful working relationships and possess communication skills to influence, guide and advise stakeholders
Direct sourcing experience, passive candidate identification/attraction, using LinkedIn Recruiter and various social media platforms
A drive to meet targets, in particular time and cost to hire to the business
Working knowledge of ATS/CRMs

Based remotely, the role is initially a fixed term contract of 12 months and will be reviewed with a view to extending/making permanent.
