Do you have electrical product knowledge and experience in developing accounts? Travis Perkins P&H have a new and exciting opportunity for an Internal Account Manager. 

As a successful internal account manager you will own the customer journey in its entirety, including resolving any issues that may occur to provide excellent customer experience. You will be core in building our Electrical Division offering and will need to build strong sustainable relationships. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with customers, processing quotations and orders
  • Build and develop relationships with all customers to gain trust and loyalty through excellent communication and delivery
  • Contribute to sales and profit opportunities by selling the add ons, increasing conversion rate of quotes into sales and switch selling where appropriate
  • Source products in the most cost efficient manner to minimise costs where possible
