HR Business Change & Readiness Project Manager
Support the process for selecting a vendor, who will supply a new standalone core HR system (SaaS) and managed payroll service.
Support the HR Separation Team and supplier in the detailed design of the future HRIS solution and associated HR systems.
Take ownership of all areas of change, including stakeholder management, business readiness, operational readiness and new business process adoption.
Conduct a change impact assessment for people, process and technology within the business for each workstream.
Identify and document where there will be change and the level of change and develop a business readiness plan aligned to this.
Liaise with the business and key stakeholders to explain the change and minimise the impact of that change.
Produce a timeline for the overall HR business change & operational readiness and provide other workstream leads with change support.
Establish a Change Network - HR team, champions and voice of the business and coordinate communications, linked to P&H/Group comms and develop relevant targeted materials.
Ensure business involvement in project activities where required e.g. requirements gathering, process workshops and end user testing (UAT).
Identify training requirements and develop a training plan, training materials and manage the logistics to deliver the training.
Manage business & operational readiness and transition activities to support a smooth go-live and transition to business as usual activity.
Produce weekly progress reports, manage risks & issues and attend programme meetings.
