FM Supplier Manager
Looking for a role where you can put Facilities Management on the map? As a successful FM Supplier Manager you will have the opportunity to make your mark with an outsourced FM Managing Agent as well as internal staff to develop and influence, ensuring the needs of the organisation and employees are met.In an environment so positive and electric, the successful FM Supplier Manager will be responsible for coordinating and maintaining effective working relationships with the outsourced FM Help desk and take ownership for contract compliance, generating maximum value from supplier, delivering cost savings and performance objectives. 
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Be self motivating and have the ability to motivate others and have good influencing skills
  • Have demonstrable experience in helpdesk operations and CAFM
  • Track record in presenting to senior stakeholders for buy-in on service solutions
  • Ability to travel frequently within the UK to meet suppliers and stakeholders
  • Demonstrable experience in managing complex procurement programmes
