The role:

Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you will drive operational efficiencies and sales in a high sales turnover branch. Through effective leadership of your team and collaboration across the business, everything you do is focused on delivering our strategy and nurturing our values. You will be a leader of our ‘Stay Safe’ culture by championing and driving first class safety standards and ensure that each and every customer receives the highest level of service.

What we are looking for:

The ideal candidate:-

  • Is a natural leader with excellent communication and organisation skills, with the ability to  interpret information

  • Motivates  and develops their team through coaching, developing and performance managing

  • Is able to demonstrate that they have the capability to manage and deliver to a wide range of  customer demands, providing the very best service

  • Is Commercially aware

  • Has a good knowledge of warehouse, logistics and operational efficiencies

  • Can effectively leading change.
