How to look after your health in the winter months
There are many things to love about the distinct seasons but as we trade in the warm summer days for the long winter nights we need to give ourselves the time to find a new balance. Here are four tips for looking after your health and supporting others in winter.
Find extra support online

You can find extra support and information on looking after your mental health online. P&H are partners with Mind, a mental health charity.
